Patrick Lamore Sr. is a vision-oriented, analytical member of the Valley Wide Companies' leadership team. His history as an engineer, specializing in control systems design, and as an entrepreneur spans more than 25 years.  Pat Sr.’s notable history includes founding such companies as PFS Automation, which pioneered technologies used by General Motors, Ford, Chrysler and others.  Pat Sr. aka “Senior” is the go-to person for engineering, technology and operational direction.  His ability to drawn on his vast experience is the foundation which creates a corporate environment that is smooth and operationally-sound for both customers and employees.

Patrick Lamore Jr. aka “Junior” is the founding member of Valley Wide Companies.  With more than 15 years of industry experience and overseeing numerous impressive projects such as TSA-Bomb detection equipment installation at Sky Harbor Airport, Esplanade Project located at 24^th St & Camelback Road and the redesigning of the electrical layout of Chaparral Mobil Home Village, Pat Jr. quickly established a personal reputation as a “man who gets things done.” Nothing validates this statement more than his ability to manage multiple teams, projects and shifts for successful on-time and on-budget project completion. As a former I.B.E.W. member and certified journeyman, Pat Jr. understands the unique challenges in the industry and brought together a leadership team that gives every customer a direct line of contact with the company decision makers.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science from the Del Web School of Construction, Ira Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University, Rob has the perfect combination of learning from industry experts combine with front-line experience to provide spot-on, comprehensive project estimates for customers of Valley Wide Companies. Rob is noted for his capabilities in trouble shooting, conflict resolution and ability to execute multiple responsibilities within complex, deadline-oriented projects with multiple shifts/teams of contractors and employees.  Rob has successfully managed half million dollar products and has a noted history of coming in under budget.
